Contractors wishing to make application to
Public Utility District No. 1 of Chelan County, Washington ("District")
as a responsible Contractor for designation as a prequalified bidder
for distribution electrical, pole testing, pole treatment or tree trimming work shall complete and submit the following application and
related documents. Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
