Helping Hand helps low-income families pay their electric bills. Customers can automatically make a Helping Hand donation every time they pay their bill. Just fill out and submit the form below, noting the amount you'd like to add to your bill each month to contribute to Helping Hand.  If you have any questions about the program, call (509) 661-8002.
