How to get started with Power Pay

Here’s what you will need to enroll in this service the first time you use it. You can find this information on the bottom portion of your bill as illustrated here.

  1. Your account number
  2. Your mailing address exactly as it appears on the bill. Usually this is the street address. Do not enter your city and state. Use all capital letters and no periods after abbreviations such as “AVE” or “W”. See the example 327 N WENATCHEE AVE in the red box below.

Now you are ready to log in and pay your Chelan County PUD electric, water or wastewater bill online. Click here to pay your bill online.
