Forums


The forums shall serve as the primary means of coordination between Chelan PUD and other Parties regarding the implementation of the Comprehensive Plan. The forums shall meet to share information, coordinate efforts, make recommendations and decisions, and periodically review the relevant chapters of the Comprehensive Plan as necessary to implement the Comprehensive Plan during the term of the New License and any subsequent annual licenses. Each forum shall also have the responsibility and authority to resolve disputes, as provided by the Settlement Agreement.
