Fees and deposits
If you are moving or opening a new account there is a $10 service charge. There is no charge to terminate service. Customers may be required to pay a security deposit, depending on credit history.

Change to mailing address

Customer Services help
If you'd rather change your account over the phone, call (509) 661-8002 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Or stop by one of our offices.

Water shutoffs for snowbirds
We're happy to temporarily shut off water services for customers who are away for the winter. Call us a couple of weeks before you return and we'll turn the water back on. The toll-free number is 1-888-663-8121. Wastewater service cannot be disconnected.

Area lighting
Chelan County PUD can provide area lighting for customers. For information, call (509) 661-4233 or send an e-mail. To report problems with area or street lights, call (509) 661-4233 or (509) 661-4325. When reporting a problem, please provide details, if possible, about the location, pole numbers (if visible) and adjacent addresses.

Power, water and wastewater line extension estimates are available.
