Sponsorship Request Information
To be considered, all requests must be received at least 60 days prior to the date of the event or activity, your event must be consistent with Chelan PUD's mission, vision, and values, meet a business need (see "what we sponsor" below), and be within Chelan PUD’s statutory authority.
Apply early: Submit your request at least 60 days prior to your event.
Share demographics: Tell us who will attend your event and how many people will be reached.
Help us help you: Provide a clear opportunity for us to market our programs and services. Please include marketing opportunities and event details in your sponsorship form.
Plan ahead: Check community calendars for potential conflicting dates with other events.
Provide options: Provide 2 or 3 sponsorship options with a range of costs. Include event description and marketing items in the different options.
Prioritize: Highlight how your event aligns with our mission, vision and values.
Be flexible: Work with us to revise sponsorship levels and make changes when needed.
What to expect:
Thank you for your submission. The community events team meets at the beginning of the month and will respond to your request after review. All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and funding is limited. If you are a new partner or vendor, you might need to submit a W9 form prior to approval.
