What:
Chelan County PUD will be upgrading the underground electrical cables along Horselake Rd. and overhead cables on Tanda Ln. This essential work will enhance our aging infrastructure, ensuring reliable electric service for our community.
When & What to expect:
- Work is set to begin sometime in Dec. 2024, with contractors starting drilling and conduit installation in the yellow highlighted area.
- Crews will be working Monday-Friday between 7 a.m.-4p.m. for approximately 2 weeks.
- Once contracted work is completed, PUD crews will pull cable through the conduit in the yellow highlighted area and replace the overhead cables in the orange highlighted area.
- Some outages may be necessary during this work. If outages are required, crews will notify affected customers in advance.
- Expect periodic traffic delays with one-lane, flagger-controlled traffic throughout the project. Please be attentive to signage in the area for updates and directions.
