Plan Centers may access the public portion of the Solicitation Opportunities Portal at the link above. This portion of the site does not require an account or to login. At this time, the supplier portal is only for contractors and suppliers.

The Chelan County PUD maintains a Small Works Roster of licensed and qualified contractors for the completion of various construction projects with estimated values of up to $350,000.00 in accordance with Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 39.04.155. As also provided by law, Chelan County PUD may make this Small Works Roster available to other Washington State municipalities and public entities for their use in the procurement of labor and materials for public works projects (of estimated values up to $350,000.00) in their respective jurisdiction(s).
The Small Works Roster shall include contractors who are registered or licensed for general and/or specialty contract work.
Contractors interested in applying for placement on Chelan County PUD's Small Works Roster may do so by completing the following steps.
Gather required information. The application requires the following be attached, each as a separate file:
- General résumé setting forth Contractor’s experience, technical qualifications, and organizational ability to perform the categories of work for which application is made.
- List of supervisory personnel, their qualifications, and years of experience.
- The number and type of craftsmen Contractor employs.
- Client references. List the names, addresses, phone, fax, and email addresses of at least three (3) project owners for whom you have performed work in the categories for which application is made in the last two (2) years.
- Optional: Description of special qualifications or limitations that may be of assistance to the District in evaluating Contractor’s qualifications for particular categories of work.
- Optional: Other documents Contractor deems relevant and requests the District to review.
- Optional: Water/Wastewater classification applicants: Submit for each such classification for which application is made:
- Information for three (3) projects greater than $30,000.00 performed during the last three (3) years, including: Project owner name, Project owner address, Location of project and, Contract value.
- Login to the Supplier Portal above, and click the “Roster Submission” link in the left pane.

Once a Contractor is approved for the Small Works Roster, they will not generally have to reapply annually. The exceptions to this would be in the instance that a contractor desires to add categories of work, or the District requires reapplication.
- PREQUALIFICATION OF CONTRACTORS FOR DISTRIBUTION ELECTRICAL, POLE TESTING AND TREATMENT, TREE TRIMMING WORK
Pursuant to Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 54.04.085, the Chelan County PUD requires that any person, firm, or corporation desiring to bid upon any work associated with the construction or improvement of electrical facilities/infrastructure, including pole testing, pole treatment, and/or tree trimming, must first answer questions contained in a standard form of questionnaire and financial statement, including a complete statement of their financial ability and experience in performing such electrical work.
To qualify for High Voltage Electrical Work at Chelan County PUD, firms may apply by completing the steps below:
- To have a Prequalification of Electrical Contractors application generated via DocuSign, Login to the Supplier Portal above, and click the “Roster Submission” link in the left pane.
- After completing the application via DocuSign, mail complete, notarized application with all required documentation to:

- ARCHITECTURAL, ENGINEERING, LAND SURVEYING, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT AND OTHER PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
Pursuant to Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 39.80.030, the district announces generally to the public its projected requirements. These may include, but are not limited to, studies, planning, design, and general engineering services for:
- Water and sewer systems.
- The ongoing maintenance, modifications, improvements, and additions associated with the operation of the Lake Chelan Hydroelectric Project, the Rocky Reach Hydroelectric Project, and the Rock Island Hydroelectric Project, including mechanical and electrical systems, surveying, fish rearing or transport facilities, parks, and buildings.
- Electrical transmission and distribution system facilities and control systems.
Architectural, Engineering, Land Surveying, and Landscape Architect firms interested in providing these services may apply online by completing the following steps.
- Gather required information. The application requires attaching the following information, as one file.
- Firm’s experience for each profile code selected, including project name, description, location, owner name, owner address, firm participation, cost of work, and completion date. More information is located in the application.
- Login to the Supplier Portal above, and click the “Roster Submission” link in the left pane.
