I need to SCHEDULE an installation appointment:

On the day of your installation, we need access to your meter, and we prefer you to be reachable by phone. If your meter is behind a locked gate, you keep a dog in the yard, you need to be on site, or you will be unreachable by phone (out of the country) – please request and installation appointment

I need to REschedule an installation appointment:

You may need to reschedule an installation appointment if you received a door hanger or the installer met you onsite but needs to return to complete the installation.
